Wishing you a healthy and Happy New Year to you too Rajita :)
imo, challenges are meant to push you, and it won't be easy hence it is called "challenges". as a human we are always pushing our limits, sometimes you can pull of things you cannot even imagine, for examples - the night before the exams xD
Yup you're right but my whole point was to not jump into long challenges straightaway (for eg, 30 day writing challenges) because you're under the peer influence or something. Small challenges or being more experimental before you take up a long challenge can help. For instance, someone who doesn't write regularly can start with something like a 7 day challenge, or start by writing at least thrice a week just to get in the form. And after that, it can help them with long challenges which require more commitment.
And ofc, long challenges are great to push oneself or they can even help to restart things 💪

intresting perspective as always! RC
Super wholesome and what an analogy 😂 my exams coming soon and I don't know what the syllabus is, it became a reminder 💀
(Panic mode on)
Hahahaha. It's time to take in the active information.
All the best for your exams though (together in this 🤝)

Make sense, they can start small, complete it and then take the bigger ones.
In pursuit of the biggers ones a lot our friends fail to complete them.
