Why Should You Post Your Instantly Created Content *Sometimes*? #34
This can help you understand your content even better!
Hello everyone! You’re reading the thirty-fourth issue of The Handwritten.
Batch creation keeps you ahead of your work and time, but isn’t instant content posting the most satisfying thing to do at times?!
Having two or more content pieces is a “dream problem” for any content creator. So in such a case as this, I go by what my heart makes me do. I choose that instant content over the previously created content. This helps me learn how my content performs in the following terms.
Connection. Can I connect with people when I don’t edit or mould my content a certain way?
Relatability. Am I just fascinated by the idea of being relatable or am I actually able to do it?
Emotionally-Driven. To what extent I am a stern creator, a funny fella or even a meh?
This is also one of those times when I can see my creative limits. What analogies I can use to deliver my point? Where do I lag when it comes to giving a CTA? Where do I trail off without explaining one point? Where do I blabber just to sound witty and perhaps, funny?
Guess what, your published post coupled with the engagement you receive becomes your editing funnel.
For example, in an instantly published post that was void of structure but had an engaging hook, you can create your edit funnel this way—
Retain the engaging hook— check what worked.
Abandon structureless content— why did your content lag structure, check for missing parts.
This is what you can do every time you post instantly. This can even help you have points in mind while you edit your content or do a client’s work.
Lemme know what your thoughts are on this!
Let’s Discuss Series
Why do I always want to binge-watch when the exams are on head?! Been a mystery!
So I was listening to people discuss thriller series and movies and this led me to start watching “Hannibal.” I hope I finish it too xD.
Handwritten note for you <3
